The Bread of Life Food Pantry, now in its 10th year of operation, continues in its mission to offer food assistance to those in need in our community. Over 500 different families are served each year. On Sunday, November 18h, Newman Church will observe Food Pantry Sunday. Both during and after the worship service, information will be shared about this important ministry that is supported by Newman and five other East Providence churches. Donations of cereal will gratefully be received that morning. There will also be an opportunity to make a monetary contribution. Please plan on attending worship on Food Pantry Sunday to celebrate this special aspect in the life of Newman Church.
